Janine Dieckmann
Janine Dieckmann is a social psychologist and works as Deputy Director and Senior Researcher at the Institute for Democracy and Civil Society, which is part of the Research Institute for Social Cohesion. Her research interests include issues of discrimination research, engagement of marginalized groups, and manifestations of societal ideologies of inequality at the individual and institutional levels. With an interdisciplinary approach and intersectional perspective, she studies discrimination as a threat to democracy.
